No elevator. 2 Full bathrooms w showers ( no tubs), 55" UHD 4K flat screen TV, a/c in bedroom and living area, ceiling fans, wifi, cable, DVD Blu-ray player, full kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious balcony w partial view of ocean and pool , grill on the balcony, basketball court, tennis court and volleyball court close to the beach, GOLF COURSES nearby ( driving needed- closest one is 3 min away ( Wyndham Rio Mar Resort), 5 min away drive from EL YUNQUE RAINFOREST ( only rainforest US National Rainforest System) and Hacienda Carabalí where you can go on a horseback riding through the forest. It is less than 30 min drive to the BIOLUMINESCENT BAY in Fajardo and ferry boat to VIEQUES and CULEBRA ISLANDS ( latter one featured on The Travel Channel as having 2nd most beautiful beach in the world- Flamingo beach). This property is located about 40-45 min drive from Luis Muńoz Marín Intl. airport ( SJU) . KEEP IN MIND : HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO RENT A VEHICLE at the airport in advanced. You WILL NEED a vehicle to go to grocery stores, restaurants and even nearby attractions. THIS PROPERTY HAS RECEIVED 5 STARS continuously by guests. It was previously listed under a different manager and account , therefore the reviews were lost. There are sets of sheets for the King bed and all the futons in the unit, plenty of pillows, as well as towels, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, liquid hand soap , tissue paper and paper towels. Dishwashing sponges and Handy wipes are discarded after each guest checks out. NO PETS PLEASE. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. 24/7 SECURITY .
