For Non Smokers A Brand New House Central Location

Our house is Brand New with central heating and cooling. It's 2- minute walk to a train station. Trains take you to Perth CBD in 7 minutes. Optus Stadium, Galleria Shopping Centre are nearby as are Coles and IGA, the “cappuccino” strip of Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Maylands along a dedicated walking and cycle path to most places. A car hire company is less than a 10 minute walk away. Our house is 10 minutes and 15 minutes from the Domestic and International Airports, respectively.
