Our apartments are modern compared to most within Calbayog City, all the apartments are located within a secure compound. There is a restaurant / bar in the front however it is located some distance away from where the apartments are located. We have High Speed Internet Available and pressurised water l. As of now, we do not havr hot water heaters available. Our apartments have the necessities such as WIFI, aircon, TV, cooking facilities etc.
