We have a gem of a guest house, attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Classic Comfort by the Park

Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.

At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.
