Located in a quiet tree lined street a short walk to shops, cafes and transport. Hop on the nearby bus and you are in the CBD in approx 10-15 minutes. Half way between the city and beach this property is very accessible to both. A short walk around the corner to the shopping centre; Aldi and Coles supermarkets and a variety of shops and cafes including the local Medical Centre. Beautifully furnished with comfy sofa, smart TV, queen size bed. Second single sofa bed and well equipped kitchen.

Full of light and beautiful botanical touches to calm the mind and ease the body. Very secure cottage with off street parking in locked carport and extra parking in driveway. 2kms to the city or 15 minutes to Henley Beach. We are located on the flight path in Mile End so please be aware. We don't hear them any more!
