Welcome to my lovely Victorian flat, full of rustic character and charm. The flat is a really spacious with a huge bedroom, dining room, kitchen and cozy lounge. Less than 5 mins from Clapton St, connecting you to Central London, and served by local buses to take you across Hackney. On the doorstep are great pubs and restaurants such at Sodo Pizza and My Neighbours the Dumpling, and the flat is a 10 min walk from charming Stoke Newington.

A comfortable living space features wooden flooring and walls lined with bookshelves filled with various books. A spacious table is complemented by simple chairs, and a vintage piano adds charm. A modern wood burner is positioned in between, where sunlight brightens the room through a large window.

We are letting our lovely historic Victorian home. It is in the sweet spot between the famous clubs and bars of Dalston and the lovely old houses, nice restaurants and farmers markets of Stoke Newington, with an abundance of music venues, yoga studios and artisan bakeries right at your doorstep. When visiting central London, you will find yourself having multiple train stations and bus routes to choose from within walking distance.
