Great little spot on the water

It was good place close with the beach and good cleaned. But we expected we could see the beach from our room, but we couldn't see at all. From our entrance what you can see is garage. From window you can see beach slightly when you get really close to the window. So if there is any people who come to this place expecting to view the beach from your place, I think here is not the place. But except for that for one night it was ok. And I don't recommend this place with kids that much as you can hear noise from next room.

Lovely warm, clean studio unit in the centre of Kaikoura. Poppy was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! Worth noting that there is a communal kitchen but it doesn’t include a hob.

Spectacular value for $200 a night - if you expect the ritz Carlton for that price then you need help. Jain was able to fit us in at super late notice and was really keen to help make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful new apartment in an amazing location. Super close to great beaches. Easy check-in. Really good coffee next door. Caitlin was an excellent host and very responsive. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Poppy’s place was in a perfect location—right across from the beach and just a short walk to the city center. The room was modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Poppy was smooth and easy, and she was very accommodating to our special requests. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others.

This apartment was perfect. Very luxurious. I was really impressed with the fully decked out kitchen! everything you needed right down to measuring cups etc for baking. lovely spacious rooms. Best shower ever! Even a washing machine and drier in second bathroom. nice outdoor deck with table and chairs. biggest tv ever :) a lift right outside your door as you are 2 stories up.Highly recommended and will be telling friends and family for future stays in Kaikoura.I will definitely be back. Thankyou

Bridget's place is close to Blenheim, yet in an area that is far enough away from the city that the stars can be seen at night. The morning views are also beautiful. The Airbnb unit was decorated with antique furnishings and beautiful artwork, it looked recently renovated. The washing and drying options were helpful. Bridget was a great resource for our questions and needs.

Jian was very friendly and accomodating the place was tidy when we arrived open plan living room and spacious bedrooms. A very good steal for the price we paid in Hanmer Springs. Highly recommended. Thank you Jian once again

Great stay, nice and close to the pools

Great place to stay for few days.

Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

Easy to find and lots of birds!

Really spacious and comfortable motel accommodation. Well equipped and very friendly and helpful management on site. Can highly recommend a dolphin encounter cruise. Absolutely amazing!

This airbnb is like a motel. ours had 2 good sized bedrooms and there was plenty of room inside for the three of us. All facilities were good. Shower was good. Kitchen utensils if you want to cook. It was clean and had everything we needed. The lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful when we arrived

Very nice place, clean and modern. The host was helpful and gave us clean towels every day. The kitchen is a little small for a longer stay but still functional.

Absolutely amazing! The accommodation exceeded expectations and was very spacious and clean and new! We were over the moon! Loved it!
