Tons to do within walking distance including many shops and restaurants.

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This place is 654 square feet where you will enjoy a private condo with full kitchen, full bathroom, washer dryer, & TV with game room to enjoy. Property is right in front of the ocean , the condos though do not all have ocean view rooms. Many of them face town, or other buildings. Some might have a partial ocean view. You can request an ocean view but it is not guaranteed as the ocean view units get taken months ahead.

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story, 6,360 sq. ft. home (3,958 sq. ft. upstairs, 2,402 sq. ft. downstairs) is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
