This spacious three-bedroom resort suite includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, a queen Murphy bed in the living room, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony and fireplace. The resort features an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center and direct beach access.

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
