The house offers the main double bedroom, flexibility in bedroom 2 for a single bed, twin beds or double bed and can also double up for office space for remote workers. Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Phone box 16 in Olney. A cosy quirky place for two

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phone box 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside and walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and hides overlooking the lakes.
