We had a wonderful time here for our Christmas week to celebrate. The home was very open and cozy with plenty of space for everyone without feeling like we were separated from each other. Our favorite part was the fire pit, easy to get to and big enough to have a large warm fire safely. Very nice place and definitely recommend!

A wonderful old structure that has been really carefully renovated and well-maintained. There were three of us for a chilly, two-day stay in early March. Even with the great-outdoors and on-the-water location being a bit more seasonally less-appealing, we all had a nice time outside on the property and across the river in/around downtown Lock Haven. Our cold-water-loving water spaniel really liked a little inlet that comes onto the property directly from the river! The property has a bit of everything -- much more than the TVs/internet/keurig/etc you'd expect. My wife really appreciated, of all things, the big bathtub and the old boardgame "Payday"...simple pleasures! The host we super communicative, understanding, and helpful. I was a bit concerned the nearby road would be loud and intrusive...but except for some quiet times in the kitchen in the mornings, we didn't really notice it at all. We enjoyed Main Street Grill for nice dinner and Second Cup for a simple breakfast.

We loved our girls weekend at Blue Bird Hollow. There were so many fun things to do in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed spending the weekend biking, hiking, and playing games in the cozy setting! Heather was very responsive, answered all our questions quickly, and really made the whole weekend so smooth! We loved this place and the surrounding area!

I had a really great stay at Wes' place. Very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and more! Beautiful surroundings and sunrises! I would definitely stay here again!

Wow, what an amazing experience. Michele and Kate's Airbnb is even better than described -- it is spacious, warm, and luxurious! The kitchen is incredible and had many condiments to use, and the bathrooms are pure luxury with so many extras such as bath salts, toothpaste, etc. The views out of every window are spectacular. The beds are comfortable, and the decor throughout the house is beautiful. It's clear this is a well-loved home turned into an Airbnb. Kate was really warm and helpful when I had questions. This Airbnb is a real bargain looking at all that it offers, and I am hopeful it will be available the next time my family is in the area. Thank you, Michele and Kate, for making our holiday special!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakewoods Cottage in Howard. It was a wonderful cozy cottage in a quiet community. We did not have much time at the cottage as we traveled to the area for the Keystone State Championship Wrestling Tournament at PSU and spent much of our time sitting in the venue seating. Having this cozy, clean and comfortable cottage to retreat to was exactly what we needed. We very much enjoyed the outdoor cooking area and the quiet neighborhood allowed us to sleep peacefully and wake up to the Spring bird sounds. And being just down the street from Brothers Pizza - the best Italian around - was an extra bonus! Thank you Bonita and family. We look forward to visiting again!

This was by far one of the best experiences we have had at an Air Bnb! Wendy was so kind and accommodating and even made sure we had a pack and play and high chair on site for our baby! The house was clean, cozy, and we felt right at home. We truly loved everything about our winter vacation in this location! We will be back in the future! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the chaos with beautiful views!

My husband and I (and our two beagles) had a fantastic time staying here! We even extended our stay because the area and home was so great. I have no complaints, everything was perfect. We will def stay here again next time we're in town to see my in-law's. Zetta, thank you for everything!

Overall this place had everything we needed for a quick visit. It was also close enough to lots of different restaurants which was nice since we only stayed 2 nights we ordered in most meals. The host also quickly responded when I reached out to him asking if they had a sewing needle I could borrow when my son got a splinter which was very helpful. Which reminds me, I would bring house shoes to wear here because the floors are very old wood.
