Listing setup
I come and visit each property to ensure I capture all information needed to create a standout listing
Setting prices and availability
I complete online desktop research and use programs to establish pricing for your listing
Booking request management
As Airbnb suggests, I do like to use "Instant book" but I am happy to work with you on your preference
Guest messaging
I usually reply to guest requests within the hour, but I also have automatic messages setup to help with bookings, checkins
On-site guest support
As needed I am able to attend the property to ensure everything runs smoothly
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a database of cleaners and maintenance to ensure keeps it's 5-star rating.
Listing photography
I have suppliers at the ready to support me with your listing photos and these are the most valuable assets
Interior design and styling
Using my design degree and passion for styling I am able to offer styling support and advice
Additional services
Guest book creation, Marketing, Graphic, Design, Content creation, Multi Channel listings
