Listing setup
We create your listing, take the photos with a professional (extra cost) and create a detailed description of the property.
Setting prices and availability
Based on our database and experience, we set prices and constantly compare them with those of the competition
Booking request management
You accept reservations instantly, and we adapt to each owner's requests.
Guest messaging
We work from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, every day. We usually respond within an hour.
On-site guest support
Check-in until 9 pm, after that, a surcharge is charged. We offer 24-hour emergency telephone assistance.
Cleaning and maintenance
We have a professional cleaning company that provides us with towels and sheets for guests.
Listing photography
We have a professional photographer for the property. This has an extra cost depending on the size of the property.
Interior design and styling
We offer decoration and advice services as well as furniture purchases.
Licensing and hosting permits
Together with our lawyer, we process the tourist license (extra cost) and the necessary permits to host.
Additional services
We offer a rental management program that gives you the ability to enjoy your vacation home whenever you want.
