Listing setup
I create a description of your listing that is unique and will catch the attention of prospective renters.
Setting prices and availability
Personally, I love to use PriceLabs to set the prices and availability. They are extremely reliable and accurate.
Booking request management
There are different options available for managing bookings, and I will execute which is most comfortable for you.
Guest messaging
My response rate is within a half hour, but I usually respond within minutes. I only don't have my phone when sleeping.
On-site guest support
I am available at all hours, except when sleeping, and that there is a local property manager that can be reached 24/7.
Cleaning and maintenance
I, personally, interview cleaning teams and talk to their references. Typically only use those that have been referred.
Listing photography
Photos should represent the property exactly as it looks so there are no surprises for the guests, and that's what I provide.
Interior design and styling
I design spaces that are comfortable, inviting and practical. Guests should feel like they are at home or even better!
Licensing and hosting permits
It is important to know your local laws and requirements for permits and taxes. I always do my research and inform the hosts.
