I make a point of getting to know your property, taking photos and seeing the details in person to make your listing complete and impeccable.

Setting prices and availability

In addition to market research, I check out attractive points for guests, and I always pay attention to the demands of the region

Booking request management

I always analyse the entire profile, check the ratings and set it up so that the platform only accepts requests from profiles with photos.

Guest messaging

I usually respond to guests in less than 1 hour, I'm always online and I make sure to answer all the guests' questions.

On-site guest support

In case of unforeseen events, I will personally travel or send someone I trust to resolve the problem.

Cleaning and maintenance

To be agreed. I can do the cleaning and organizing myself or send someone experienced and trusted.

Listing photography

I take all the necessary photos whenever I need to and I also retouch them. In specific cases, I hire a professional.

Interior design and styling

I leave everything clean and fragrant, I always try to harmonize the colours, and not use strong cleaning products.
