Very nice place and as advertised. This sweet apartment in Golden met all our needs for a brief trip out to Colorado to attend a concert at Red Rocks. We loved staying so close in Golden and this apt. is in very close proximity to great restaurants & hiking trails in Golden.

Wonderful location, close to I-70 giving us easy access to Red Rocks, getting to the airport, and heading further west to mountain towns for hiking and shopping. We were in town for a quick friend reunion. Red Rocks was 15 minutes away. Less than an hour to the airport, even with a little traffic. Less than an hour to hiking St Mary's Glacier and shopping and dinner in Idaho Springs. This location was absolutely perfect for all of it! The property was stunning, and we loved seeing all the elk in the area. The house was the perfect size. Plenty of space with four of us one night, three the next couple nights, and we never felt on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Jeff was extremely responsive and very easy to contact with the couple of questions I had during booking and again at checkout. I would absolutely stay here again, and might try to plan something for rutting season later this year. Thanks for everything, Jeff!

This home is just like the photos. The only thing is it's not as secluded as you may think. The home is on a dead end road so there wasn't any traffic & very quiet w/ lots of deers roaming around. But there were other homes nearby so you had neighbors. I guess I didn't look at the pics close enough. But again, it was still very quiet and peaceful. Also, those who are not from Colorado, this home is on about a 9000ft elevation. We're from Chicago so the altitude hit us pretty hard the 1st night w/terrible headaches. Drink plenty of water. We did drive down to the town of Bailey which was about a 1000ft less so that helped alittle. There were many cute shops all within walking distance with a pretty stream and hiking too. We recommend exploring there. Very friendly locals. 1 king bed w/on suite bathroom (standing shower only) on the main floor w/the kitchen & living space & half bath . 2nd fl had other king bed & "kid's room" and a full bath (w/tub) for all to share.

We loved our stay here! Very convenient location for Red Rocks. Also close to the beautiful Lake Evergreen, and great towns for dining, exploring. Chris and Cassie were very responsive and left a great guide with a lot of information.

Nice basement apartment. Beautiful views off the patio. Great place to stay for a few days.

This was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The place was exactly as described. Only issue is I couldn’t figure out how to get the firepit going :). Not a huge deal though since it was likely my own user error and it rained the second day so we didn’t need it. The place was stunning and we felt at ease. Sorry if we went thru a lot of k cups ;).

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a long weekend at Red Rocks.

Really awesome stay, would go back!
