Request to book option allows guest to let us know their reason for traveling. This helps to weed out any unwanted guests.

Guest can get a hold of me 24/7. Daytime hours are immediate response. I ensure all guests are checked in before my day ends.

On-site guest support

After check in I set up an auto response with a link to local restaurants etc. Along with an emergency phone number.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have experienced cleaners to prepare for the next booking, I also provide bi-weekly inventory and checks on properties.

Listing photography

I work with a professional photographer to highlight the best photos of unit that include more than just the space!

Interior design and styling

The little details go a long way with guests. Creating a unique theme per unit or even room is highly desired!

This was our favorite place so far in Swillburg and South Wedge. Quiet Street. Great parking. SO close to amenities! and a very nice, clean atmosphere inside. We hope to stay here again as we visit the area frequently.

As usual, my mom and I had a great stay in our Rochester “flat”. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect with its 2 bedrooms. We have been guests many times visiting our children at RIT and we will continue to book Tamara’s place! She’s great, easy to communicate with, flexible with check in and just a lovely host!

We had a fantastic stay at Tamara’s place! The home is warm, cozy, and very comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was well-stocked for cooking. The space was clean, inviting, and felt like a home away from home.
