My services

Listing setup

We will meet to find out what's important to you, i will take pics, set up your listing for you & review with you to finalize

Setting prices and availability

I will research other listings for comparison and make suggested pricing. This can alwasy be adjusted per season/events.

Booking request management

We will discuss min. stays and how to maximize efficiency. A short stay request, if far out, may determine accept/decline.

Guest messaging

This is what I do. Call or text me so we can set a time. I am usually on line in the am and on my phone at all times.

On-site guest support

I will be the 1st point of contact for a guest. I'll fix issues before getting you involved unless an expense approval needed

Cleaning and maintenance

I will hire a cleaning team. For the 1st couple of cleanings, I will inspect and make suggestions for consistency & details

Listing photography

I believe a professional photographer is the way to go, but I will take amateur pics for you if preferred at no charge.

Great house in the historic district, walking distance to downtown but yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. Beautiful trees and lot of small wildlife always around the house (squirrels, bunnies…), a great feeling everyday to open the windows. Awesome neighbors. The house is equipped with everything you need for a long stay, including kitchen stuff. It has a centralized heating system that takes some time to figure out but it is very effective as we always felt very warm inside the house. There is a lot of space in the house, several rooms and an awesome spacious basement in case you need to workout. It’s an old but very well preserved and improved house. We will return to Sioux Falls and hopefully this house will be available, because we don’t want to stay anywhere else.

Cari's home was a wonderful place for my co-worker and I to come back to after long days working throughout the City. Easy walk to tons of restaurants and entertainment downtown. The house was so charming and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again the next time we're in Sioux Falls!

Our host was responsive to communications and kept us informed when packages or workers would be arriving. The house met the descriptions provided, and it was a bonus to have access to bicycles and scooters. The home is in good shape and functioned well for our extended stay. The neighborhood is historic, enjoyable and very walkable - proximate to downtown Sioux Falls. Thank you Cari!
