I will review, approve, answer questions, and manage inquiries to ensure positive reviews (Included with 10-15% Ongoing fee).
Guest messaging
Available to respond to guest questions/inquiries during business hours & in the evening (Included with 10-15% Ongoing fee).
On-site guest support
Provide onsite support or coordinate maintenance as needed (Included with 15% Ongoing fee).
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning services available after each stay ($180 Min) or coordinate contracted cleaning and maintenance (Contractor rate).
Listing photography
I will take as many photos needed to convey the listing intent or theme to attract guests (Included with App Setup).
Interior design and styling
Interior design & decoration services to match desired themes or style (Shop, order, Install, & setup. $160-$800, 1-5 days).
Additional services
