Listing setup
Listing creation on various hosting platforms with advertisement photos, descriptions, and calendar sync.
Setting prices and availability
With my two years of hosting, seasonal demand and market trend experience, I can assist hosts maximise their revenues.
Booking request management
Review incoming reservations and assess guests needs (c/in, c/out, parking, family/group specific) for acceptance/declining.
Guest messaging
90% of incoming messages are replied within a few minutes, remaining within an hour. Phone calls are instantly answered.
On-site guest support
Being a pro-diyer, able to support guests and hosts with the usual maintenance concerns within reasonable time.
Cleaning and maintenance
A local caretaker for cleaning and preparing the property for c/in. Maintenance work to be carried out during the changeover.
Listing photography
Initially, 20–30 photos are added, giving guests a good overview of the property and facilities. Reviewed every quarter.
Interior design and styling
Interiors and decor are my forte: handcrafted wooden wall features, custom-made tables, complimentary furniture, and so on.
Licensing and hosting permits
By managing my own short-stay lettings, I have gained experience with the local laws and regulations and can assist hosts.
Additional services
Complimentary guest welcome pack, laundry supply, stock top-up, with added bonus of general maintenance work.
