Thank you Wayne for hosting my father. He was very satisfied with the place. Thanks to Patrick for assisting dad with any and all questions he had. Dad says he will definitely stay again when we return.

A lovely place to stay, has everything you need for the perfect stay. Great shower. Beautiful view to watch the sun rise and set.

I had a great stay at Wayne's place, and found it easy to get everywhere I wanted without a vehicle. Loved walking to a new beach each day, and took rides back to the condo via easy-to-access public transportation. Plenty to do in close proximity, including bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and plenty of sunny beaches. Neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to sleep at night due to the quiet surroundings. Would love to come back!

I have recently returned from a wonderful week-long stay at Wayne’s property. The apartment provided a true home-away-from-home experience. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick, who offered valuable information about the apartment and the area. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessities for our family vacation, including toiletries, beach towels, sun loungers, and access to a lovely pool. The beautiful beach is just a five-minute walk from the apartment, while a supermarket is a 15-minute walk away in Oistins. Additionally, the bus stop is only a two-minute walk, providing a quick seven-minute ride to St. Lawrence Gap. Wayne was very prompt and responsive in his communication both prior to and during our stay. This was our fifth visit to Barbados, we found the property to be reasonably priced, we would certainly be delighted to stay at Wayne's property again in the future. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Wayne’s apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location is perfect—within walking distance to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. There’s also a Massy store nearby if you prefer to cook your own meals or need anything during your stay. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A big thank you to Patrick, who welcomed us and made sure we knew how to use everything in the apartment. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Both Wayne and Patrick were always available to chat and were so friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and are already missing the beautiful Barbados! Would love to return in the future!

Great stay at Wayne's place, comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Well located for getting around Barbados, and a great beach just a couple of minutes walk away. Communications excellent.

Patrick, the manager of the property was extremely responsive. He responded quickly to texts. He showed us around the property and explained how the air conditioning and other essentials worked. The only thing that would have made our stay better, would have been a welcome more with details on groceries, shops, the beaches and how the buses worked.
