Listing setup
Taking quality photographs, recommending extras to improve the listing and helping with the description
Setting prices and availability
Checking out listings in the area and setting a smart price to compete. Checking regularly prices of other listings near by
Booking request management
Will discuss at initial meeting how the host would like me to manage requests.
Guest messaging
I aim to reply immediately to messages or at least within an hour, between 6am -9pm
On-site guest support
I always send a welcome message and ask if there is anything the guest requires. I will attend the property if necessary
Cleaning and maintenance
I will use a cleaner I trust and will require photographs from them after they have finished. I will clean if any problems.
Listing photography
I will take photographs and edit as required
Interior design and styling
I have a good eye for detail and will recommend any changes I think will benefit the property
Licensing and hosting permits
I keep on top of local laws and join each webinar Airbnb host about local changes
