Listing setup
Listings setups need to be accurate and completed in order to entice great clientele.
Setting prices and availability
Know your peak seasons and I have an Airdna account to help with getting starting. This is a paid 3rd party app.
Booking request management
Standard questioning and messaging is already in place at all the homes I’ve hosted over the years.
Guest messaging
This is more important than one would think. You need to respond in minutes to bet the bookings.
On-site guest support
I have a team that works around the clock to manage guest needs. We do support guests after check-in and even after checkout
Cleaning and maintenance
I have cleaners in the Bay Area & can work + train anyone you might want to include. The cleaning teams are very responsive.
Listing photography
I start with my iPhone and a mount. I capture what is needed and then when we bring in the professionals.
Interior design and styling
I have contacts and an eye for this. I know what people want and have the muscle to get it done quickly. I have Luxe access
Licensing and hosting permits
I know people that work for San Mateo and RWC city council which aid in keeping me informed on short term rentals.
Additional services
House management is a full time job. I take care of homes full time for owners that only return to California for a week.
