I compare local listings and try to give the best price for the most reservations with the highest quality guests.
Booking request management
I review all guests based on their previous booking reviews as well as asking them to confirm number of guests and plans.
Guest messaging
I try to reply immediately to all messages whether late at night or early mornings. I dedicate myself to prompt replies.
On-site guest support
I will always be available for guests around check in time and during their stay.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before guests arrive I will do a thorough check of the home and provide guests a small gift and snacks for an nice check in.
Listing photography
I will provide attractive photos of the rooms and detail shots and can do edits because I’m a professional graphic designer.
Interior design and styling
My favorite thing to do is decorate spaces. I understand and take pride in what guests look for comfort.
Licensing and hosting permits
I will give information I know and direct hosts to local and state sites for more info they may need.
