I’ve used cell pictures that work fine but if you want better quality is up to you.

I’m always available but I have smart locks that work great. I’m pretty handy so most maintenance I can do.
Cleaning and maintenance
I own a janitorial business so I know the importance of keeping them clean. Most maintenance I can do also.
Listing photography
Around 15 pictures. I don’t have professional camera. Cell have done ok. Is up to you for better quality.
Interior design and styling
We try to keep everything updated and looking good. When it’s clean, look like the photos, and smelling good they are happy!
Licensing and hosting permits
My properties are in Biloxi. Gulfport and Longbeach are different so would have to learn more in those cities.
