The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio and separate deck. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.
