This 1st floor unit has 1bed/1bth with a king size bed, fully equipped open kitchen to the living room, and large balcony where you can relax and watch the sunset most of the year. Accessible only by 4x4 vehicle. In the common area you will find the pool and deck with umbrellas and comfortable lounge chairs, Hermosa beach is +- 8 minutes drive.

The Tea House, three excellent restaurants, a supermarket, surf shop and world famous surf and beaches are accessible by a beautiful 5 minute walk on a jungle path or a 2 minute drive down the hill.

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.
