Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

A cozy living space features a large brown sectional sofa paired with accent pillows. A stylish white area rug covers the floor, and a hanging chair adds a playful touch. Two framed artworks adorn the walls, complemented by a small potted plant on the side.
