We are next to Bald Hill & The Royal National Park & 5 min drive to Stanwell Park Beach, wedding venues, Tops Conference Centre & Helensburgh. The Red Room is a downstairs studio apartment. We have 2 other spaces available. It has a private, separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, queen bed. Tea and coffee facilities available. Please note, Breakfast is not provided. We are a little isolated but your short drive from the city will make you feel a long, long way away. Café/Kiosk at lookout.

Newly renovated , architect designed apartment set amongst trees with views over the city to the ocean. The apartment has an open plan lounge ,dining and kitchen area with a comfortable sitting space and work desk which opens onto a sunny wrap around verandah, accessed through timber sliding doors. One of 2 ground floor apartments, completely private Owners live upstairs Several flights of stairs through garden to entrance. No handrail. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

The apartment opens out to a private patio with seating areas, bbq, separate spa and pool in a lush tropical garden, only 300m walk to Stanwell Park Beach, and cafes.
