La casa vacanze dispone di una camera da letto, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata. Viene fornita anche la biancheria. All'esterno, un ampio giardino privato con barbecue, doccia e solarium. A pochi minuti di auto troverete pittoreschi borghi medievali e Grotte di Frasassi.

L'ospitalità e la condivisione di momenti felici sono la nostra passione e per questo abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare questa meravigliosa casetta per far vivere indimenticabili momenti. E' una casa confortevole dove si respira tranquillità. Il nostro patio con vista mare è ottimo per colazioni, pranzi o aperitivi al tramonto.

The house is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.

Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh.
