Fir Haven Retreat, located 15 minutes from town, is on 40 private acres that have been in the family for generations. The 600sf cottage looks out over a large field surrounded by forest, orchards, trails, canyons, and Siebert Creek. It's perfect for couples and close friends, with 2 dedicated bedrooms and a cozy living room. Two caretakers live on the property, available if needed. Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

A beautiful haven, lost in the woods, found by the sea, surrounded by quiet - the WilderGarden Covehouse is a beguiling retreat for those looking for ... something else. Close to parks, on Galloping Goose trail. Walk to pub or bus stop, 12 min to Sooke, 45 min to Victoria, ferry. Sheltered from storms, on a private cove, the Covehouse has a cedar and glass deck, BBQ, dock, hot tub with view, ocean access. Ideal for 1-2 couples, cyclists, paddlers, nature lovers, families, or business.

Country Guesthouse

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future. A final note: we require that you be vaccinated and boosted. Hope you understand.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.
