Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 8 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
