It is located in the Garraf Natural Park and 8 km. from the magnificent beaches of Sitges. Committed to the environment, the house incorporates a photovoltaic installation in its services, collecting energy from the Sun but having access to the conventional electricity grid when solar power is not accessible(during nights and rainy days)

The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station.
