Holiday rentals with a patio in Concepción

Tanto Anfitrión como coanfitriónes súper pendientes, atentos. El alojamiento excelente, familiar, limpio ! Muy agradecidos x todo…

Excelente elección, a sólo unos metros del parque, a la represa y la calle de las sombrillas. Las camas muy cómodas y los baños muy limpios, Cuando necesitábamos algu siempre nos respondían de inmediato. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.

Nos pasamos dos noches aquí en familia y nos encantó. Es igualito a las fotos y está muy cerca al centro de Guatepe. La única recomendación seria tener instrucciones en el apartamento para usar el jacuzzi y el agua caliente de la casa, qué nos costó configurarlos.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is fantastic. Apartment is nieuw, beautiful. We had a rental car, otherwise you need to walk like 10min to the center (also fine). It's a quite place (no restaurants or bar around). Small cons: Beds are pretty small (160 & 140cm wide I guess) and firm, curtains are not 100% darkening, so the light comes in around 5:30-6am. I would still recommend this apartment for 100% 🙏

The place was very nice and clean. Very close to La Piedra El Peñol and the town. Camila and Mateo were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. They were amazing hosts, very polite, kind, and always willing to make my family and I comfortable and welcome in their Airbnb. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at this Airbnb, and I would stay at Casa Berlin if I ever come back to Guatapé

Great nature experience in San Rafael!! The house is beautiful, the garden superb. Be prepared to take an adventurous tuktuk ride (we were 4 people with luggage in one tuktuk)! The tuktuk driver was always quick to arrive and very friendly and helpful. The house is close to the river and you can hike to a waterfall. We would have loved to stay longer. Thanks!

Our stay at Finca Colibri was fantastic! It was extremely peaceful and just what we needed. It had a lot of modern amenities not always found in Colombia, which was a real treat. The place felt like home! Highlights included: --> The private dock and Rick's associate who was able to pick us up in a boat for excursions on the lake. --> Beautiful master bathroom and shower! --> Outdoor fireplace to sit around and enjoy! --> Rick's warm personality and helpful nature! We will absolutely be back to stay at Finca Colibri again in the near future as it has become one of our favourite stays in Guatape!

wow - the view and location incredible. its own dock..add on the cook for home made colombian meals. even had a DJ and threw a party. Cannot wait to come back

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Spotless spaces, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was clear and responsive. Great location close to a lot of places yet peaceful and relaxing. The garden it's amazingly designed. We felt like home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

La atención es excelente, muy atentos, en cuanto a la finca todo está muy bien amoblada muy organizada, cuando llegamos todo súper limpio y bien puesto, los espacios sin muy cómodos y agradables. Totalmente recomendable

El lugar es increíble, tiene una vista espectacular, la casa es tal cual como la descripción! Nos encantó estar allí porque está rodeado de naturaleza y eso hace que sea un lugar demasiado tranquilo! Divino el apartamento, todo es muy agradable, está bien dotado, la terraza en donde está el jacuzzi es muy agradable y en general todo el lugar corresponde a lo mencionado en el anuncio. Ten en cuenta que a diferencia de otros Airbnb, no encontrarás alimentos básicos para cocinar, como por ejemplo, sal o aceite. Sin embargo, tienen una cortesía en donde se incluye una botella de vino y café. Agradecemos por esto. También para que lo tengas presente no encontrarás toallas de cocina o limpiones. Por lo demás todo fue perfecto, está muy bien ubicado y dentro de las zonas comunes tienes muchas comodidades. Está muy bien, dotado de toallas, cobijas, almohadas y utensilios necesarios de cocina.

Camilo fue muy amable cuando le comentamos nuestro itinerario, el lugar es muy lindo y bastante privado, el restaurante del lugar es muy rico y los Ubers tienen el permiso de llegar a recogerte hasta el lobby, los vigilantes muy amables y serviciales, el lugar esta muy limpio y con bastante servicios disponibles, ademas, practican el reciclaje! Volveria sin duda a quedarme en el alojamiento de Camilo

We loved our stay in Poblado. The flat is close to everything, easy to hail an uber to museums, shops, everything. It was our first trip to Medellin, and we loved it. The people are lovely and eager to help. We felt very safe, but as in any city, you need to be aware of your surroundings. The flat was well appointed, comfortable and just perfect for our needs. We. would. not hesitate to. stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in El Poblado, Medellín! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything I needed—from kitchen essentials to reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding. The location was perfect: walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and shops, but still in a quiet, safe area. Juanma was incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín!

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. It’s in a perfect area where you can walk around to cafes, restaurants, and stores. It’s a short cab ride away from the train station, and very central if you are traveling to other parts of the city. We made use of basically all of the amenities and everything was great. Juan Pablo was super responsive and very helpful.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Urban Studio von A-Z genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und verfügte über alles was man benötigt. Die Lage war ideal und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen
