Right ON the beach in Reñaca, our place has stunning views over the beach, ocean and Valparaiso bay! It is uniquely located right next to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a gym, shops as well as lots of family friendly activities both on and off the beach. We are situated on the 4th floor and our large private ocean-facing terrace is incredible! Come and enjoy! Intimate loft in heritage house. View of the bay

You will love my place because of the wonderful view over the bay of Valparaíso and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old Cerro Alegre house,totally renovated and the location is perfect,close to places of interest, such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

Beautiful apartment just a short walk from the coastal edge, opposite the Higuerillas Yacht Club, Playa Los Lilenes, Concón Gastronomic Area and convenience stores. Pleasantly sunny in the mornings, thoughtful decor, fine finishes. Heating with electric heaters, 1 parking lot, fully equipped kitchen, baby bathtub, etc. 5 min drive from Jumbo and Tottus. Public transportation 5 min walk Wifi, Smart TV, and cable. Paid BBQ area in the courtyard. Pool from December to February.

Nest for 2 + 1 (2) with Fantastic View!

Small apartment, newly renovated, with view over Higuerillas and Playa Negra and Playa Amarilla. One Bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchenette and living room (living room equipped with Bed sofa). Bed sofa is comfortable but i would say it is for One adult or a very in love couple or two children. Large Terrace, parking space and access to buildings pool (same floor level) and barbecue spot. Proximity to small restaurants of Concon. The Apartment has its own parking.

The best ocean view, very cozy

Relax with the best ocean view. Our apartment is modern and cozy, with all the details you need for your vacation. The terrace is very spacious and the direct sea view from the 17th floor is second to none. We have two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and ocean view, and the other for up to 3 people (one single bed plus a bunk bed). Full kitchenette equipped with everything you need for cooking, integrated living and dining room, cable TV and wifi.

Frontline apartment in Concón with a wonderful panoramic ocean view. Close to restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine. Modern building equipped with gym, pool, quincho and sauna (with restrictions currently due to covid rules) The apartment is very bright and has a great terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments and beautiful sunsets.
