Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Hope we can visit again soon.

Marj's place is very peaceful. It's walking distance from groceries and shops. Photos matches the place. Place has clean sheets too. Marj is very accommodating. My family had a great time.

The detailed location I wrote down was detailed once I knew, but it was difficult until I arrived. It would be nice if you could let us know the view of the accommodation and the exact address number before check-in. The cleanliness of the accommodation, utensils, etc. were all perfect, and the air conditioner on the second floor was a little noisy, but there was no problem sleeping. However, there was nothing to cover with curtain blinds across from the second floor bathroom, so I was concerned every time I washed and came out. (There is also only a fixed shower) The accommodation is very clean, and there is a small shop about a 5-minute walk. It's not diverse, but it's nice and friendly. Everything was perfect, but the location was about a 10-minute walk from the lg garden, so I needed transportation to and from every time. There's no problem coming in. When you go out, you have to use Grab unconditionally... But the communication with the host and the comfort of the accommodation was the best.

Nice place to stay close to the airport, so it's ideal for those long layovers such as the one I had. We walked to the unit after having no luck getting a Grabcar and it was walkable but took about 20 mins, so next time I would double down on trying to get a Grab or a trike. Just make sure you are clear on exactly which building the unit is located in. We looked in 2 different complexes before eventually the 3rd building being the correct one, as Google maps wasn't overly helpful. Perhaps there was a sign somewhere on the building but if so then we missed it as it was dark.

Very cozy place.

We had a nice stay at Jose place, the room looked like the pictures. very quiet at the 16 floor, alot of restraunt and places to eat within walking distance. We were even granted an early check in wich we appreciated so much. Will stay again if in the area.

Lovely is a great host. Had a warm in-person welcome even when I arrived at such an unholy hour (past midnight), and she was still all smiles and very helpful. Always responsive and pro-active, regularly checking with me if I needed anything. The place is as shown in the pictures, with most.of what you need to feel at home away from home. Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!! Thank you! we had a lovely stay!
