Apartamento Uno está ubicado en el corazón de Antigua Guatemala en un área privilegiada a distancias de caminata cerca de restaurantes y áreas turísticas. Es un espacio en un área tranquila y céntrica. Muy iluminado y con una fuente cuenta con espacios abiertos, doble altura. Cuenta con wifi de alta velocidad, cocina equipada, tv con Netflix y de cortesía un excelente café guatemalteco! Mi apartamento no cuenta con parqueo pero la calle es bastante segura. Hay opción a parqueo púbico cercano.

Comfy and cozy, you will feel at home as you won’t have to bring anything to enjoy your stay :) You may rent additional studios, according to your group’s needs. Do let us know should you have any preference between the 1st and 2nd floor or if you would prefer a studio with only one King-size bed.

La casa está ubicada en el corazón del centro histórico Antigua Guatemala, en un lugar que fue alguna vez un antiguo Mesón de Oriente, un hospedaje público que alojaba a los viajeros y a sus caballos y carruajes. La casa está construida entre los gruesos muros de piedra, ladrillo y adobe del antiguo mesón, y durante su reciente restauración se utilizaron viejos ladrillos, dinteles de piedra y cientos de herraduras encontradas entre los escombros, lo que le da un toque histórico y auténtico.

Todas las unidades en El Marques de Antigua están alrededor del parqueo privado, el cual esta dentro de una garita. La ubicación es muy cerca de todo y se puede ir caminando a cualquier lugar.

We are just a few blocks from the central park and some of the most beautiful churches, ruins, and markets. There are several popular bars and restaurants just a block away from this lovely home. We dont have a parking space available in the house or ourside on the street!!! Better option is a private parking lot.
