An ideally located well equipped 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house with two powerful showers, off-road parking for two vehicles, enclosed rear garden and bike storage. Located in a quiet area with views of Conwy mountain to the rear and woodland to the front, it is a short scenic riverside stroll away from Conwy town and 2 minutes from Conwy Marina where you can enjoy a drink in the Mulberry pub. Morfa beach, Conwy golf course and a local park/skate park are all within easy walking distance.
