Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. A much loved family home, previously a clay worker's cottage. On a residential road with a 20 mph speed limit. It has it's quirks but is ideal for a home from home. Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay. Within walking distance is Lanjeth Water Gardens which is a great place to explore.

My cottage is close to the Clay Trails, Newquay and its fantastic surfing beaches, Truro, Falmouth, and the Eden Project with all the convenience of having supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs within a short drive. St Austell train station is around 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the great location and the character of the property! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and kids and pets are very welcome.
