Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

Quaint 1 Bed Cottage Near South Downs Pets Welcome

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the south downs . The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Welcome to South Lockbarn Cabin which is a converted barn situated in the South Downs National Park and Downs Link. The location is south facing and you have access to the public footpath for outstanding walks, bike rides and views. The cabin is close to Steyning and Bramber historic market towns that offers a range of restaurants, pubs and local shops. Shoreham by sea train station is only 4.5 miles and Brighton is only a half hours drive. Nearest pub and local shop is only a short walk away.

Enjoy a wonderful break in this beautiful lodge. Centrally located, 2 mins walk to shoreham train station (17 min direct trains to Brighton 7 mins to Hove), 10 mins walk to beach. Brand new throughout and equipped for longer stays with dishwasher and washing machine, spacious Master king size bedroom and a smaller double bedroom (can be set up as a twin room ). Private entrance, bedrooms access private courtyard for coffees in the sun. Wifi / full set up in large bedroom for home working.

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
