House holiday rentals in Cooper Jack Bay Settlement

My husband and have been Airbnb'ing in the Carribean countries for 5+ years in different places and this is spot is the best/our favorite among all those we have visited. The pool and surrounding gardens at Chelle's place are lovely and private. The location is in a great part of the island, close to everything but not too busy or noisy. The ACs in the two rooms made the Villa very comfortable quickly and is well set up for your needs. I know sounds odd for vacation, but we really enjoyed the kitchen and grill to cook when we opted to not restaurant and just hang by the pool for the evening. The beach is short walk from the property. Chelle, the host, is very responsive and has great recommendations for restaurants and activities in TCI. We will definitely be back and hope you all enjoy, but don't tell everyone about TCIs best AirBNB!

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Flame Tree! The property was exactly as expected—quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat. While a few minor items were missing (like a can opener) or broken (such as an umbrella), Eric was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The beds were quite spacious but not the most comfortable. However, Eric’s flexibility with check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll especially miss the delicious croissants and stunning sunrises. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book one of his properties again if I return to the island!.

This is a place you would want to stay ! Very beautiful and cozy. The pool area look just like the photos and there was in fact a gym. The place is literally a mansion. Keep in mind that it is a shared home.

My girls and I rented both Villas and had the joint door opened, so we were able to get access to both So convenient! The views are to die for, well stocked Amazing attention. I didn’t want to leave!!! 10/10 recommend

Turks Haven Villas exceeded all expectations! The house was perfectly equipped with anything and everything imaginable. The beds were super comfy and everything was so beautiful, inside and out. The heavenly landscaped backyard with its beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees surrounding the pool and lounge chairs, was the perfect retreat after long days at the nearby gorgeous beach. We loved how close the beach access was to the Villa. Our hosts, Patricia and Marvin were exceptional!! Friendly, welcoming and super quick to respond and they were very accommodating the entire time. Included was a mid-week clean to freshen everything up!! Such a bonus!! We LOVED every second at this incredible place and would highly recommend to anyone. We hope to return within the next year or two. Can’t wait to come back! We had a spectacular week vacation with our family of five staying at Russ‘s place. Great location with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, which helped us to explore the island. The pool was a major bonus with the kids. We will certainly consider returning in the future!

My mom and I booked extremely last minute and were welcomed right away. The instructions were very clear and the house was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was that we could not get the stove/ oven to turn on and weren’t able to cook the food we bought.

I definitely recommend this place. It's close to beautiful beaches and the airport. It's clean and cozy.

We stayed at Dale and Nina's place for 4 days/nights with our two school-aged children. It's the perfect place for a family of 4. The house is spacious and well stocked with towels, kitchen/cooking items, and beach gear (snorkels, chairs, umbrella). It has a nice little shared pool area with pool amenities. It is a very short walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. 2-minutes of walking up the beach and there is a nice cafe ("Somewhere") and the Coral Gardens reef that literally comes right up to the beach. Kids can explore snorkeling in waist deep water. All kinds of fish to see right there. The place is exactly as described and Nina/Dale were very responsive hosts.

Candice's place was just what we would have hoped for. Candice was responsive to our every communication. One of the AC units wasn't operating as it should, and she immediately had an AC repairman there (arranged within minutes). The place was very clean and orderly. The inside of the unit is better than pictured. Though, the outside isn't anything to look at (which may be why there aren't any exterior pictures). It's located right next to Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, and very convenient to downtown, beaches, and stores. A great experience. Thanks Candice!

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

Patricia's cottage was right by the Chalk sound and it offers an unparalleled sunset view from the dock out back. it's very quiet at night and every room has split type ACs for your comfort. The cottage also came with the washer dryer combo and the host had generously provided beach chairs and towels. i have to highly recommend Patricia's cottage.

Nice to be close to the beach, quiet and private location, comfortable home! Responsive host and friendly guests at the other cottage and villa. Beautiful beach!

Great location and the home was very peaceful, larger space than appeared in photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and grill outside in good condition. Host was very responsive for our few minor needs during the stay. Highly recommend. Our family was primarily here for direct from shore snorkeling and beach activities, which were outstanding. The coral gardens reef is steps away and perfect for young children learning to snorkel for first time. Saw stingray, flounder, lionfish, and of course many common species. For those wishing a more involved snorkeling experience, we saw many sea turtles at smith's reef about 45min walk west along the beach.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property was. The villa itself was outstanding, with elegant decor and all the comforts of home. One of the best parts was its prime location—just a short walk to downtown Grace Bay, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and the incredible beach. The gated property gave us an added sense of security, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

The pictures didn’t do it any justice. The bed was comfortable and it comes with a fully operational kitchen. It is like a nice 1 bedroom apt. We loved the shower. Also the host was able to recommend services which we appreciated. Also him being a private chef was the cherry on top! The brunch was top tier! Would definitely recommend for price. We appreciated how responsive he was and hospitality shown

The property is very well located and has great sea view. Nice Caribbean house with a personal touch, bedrooms are on both ground and first floor, plenty of common space and large terraces. Internet connection was very fast for Provo standards. Although the house is not very new and some details might need fixing, overall impression was very pleasant. Some minor hiccups upon our arrival were compensated by Robin's kind and friendly attitude.

The view from the villa is beautiful. It is well appointed, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials. They have laundry facilities although we did not use them, we had intended to and then didn’t need to. The view of Chalk Sound is stunning and the beaches within walking distance are definitely the best on the island. We loved the beaches that were close by. Chantal and Dave have chairs and coolers for use at the beach which was wonderful. You definitely need a rental car as it is quite remote from most of the restaurants. Las Brisa’s is right next door which was very handy and we did eat there are few times. The first night on the island we ate there and the food was wonderful. Our next few experiences there were not as good and we wished we hadn’t continued to go back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, it was very relaxing for our family
