Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Bingara Bungalow: Relaxing escape close to river

Fresh, airy and spacious Bingara Bungalow is the perfect base to explore Bingara, or sit and enjoy the comforts of its central location. The beautiful Gwydir River is a block away where you can swim, kayak and watch the world go by. Local horse-riding tours are a few minutes walk away, and you’ll often hear the sound of horse hooves walking up the street. The main street, iconic Roxy Theatre, pubs, and shops are a block away. Killarney Cottage is a fully renovated mid-century cottage, set in the New England's peaceful countryside. It is set on 6 acres, just 15 minutes west of Inverell & 20 minutes from Copeton Dam. Relax in a tranquil, rural setting with no close neighbours & only the dogs, chickens & wildlife for company. You may even be lucky enough to see one of our resident koalas!

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.
