The caretaker lives on the land and 2 friendly dogs accompany the stay.

The condominium has 24-hour access control, direct access to Agua Dulce beach, with multiple parking lots, 2 soccer courts, 5 tennis courts, a cove, children's games and spectacular trails for hiking and cycling. An excellent place to play sports, enjoy time with family and friends.
