This is a independent house within the property of the house where my family lives. We are near to Allende Hospital, Kempes and Orfeo stadiums. The room has a queen size bed with satelite TV, heating, A/C, and big wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, etc. There is a livingroom with dining table and a futon where two extra people can sleep. Parking space and barbecue grill is free for you to use!

This apartment is eco-sustainable and generates 70 percent of the energy it consumes through solar panels. We are 20 and 15 minutes from downtown and the Córdoba Stadium respectively with 12 bus lines that take you to the different points of the city. The apartment has a parking space.

Quiet and ideal place for digital nomads, excellent WiFi. Small, practical house with garden and pool for shared use. Semi-covered parking space for car. Close to shopping centre, restaurants, golf, tennis and paddle courts; 9 km to the airport, 7 km to the Unquillo museums. 30 minutes by Uber to Cordoba. Guests have a very pleasant stay here. My housemate is my dog Sofia.
