Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. Pakefield is a quiet village just south of Lowestoft, a traditional sea side resort, with wide, sandy award winning beaches. These are within easy walking distance along the sea promenade lined with colourful beach huts. There are four bedrooms which sleep 7 plus a double bedsettee in the sun lounge.
