Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Games barn with table football, pool table and table tennis. Bathroom on the ground floor includes a luxury walk in shower, heated towel rail, washbasin, toilet and shaving point. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated oven, hobs and fridge. A utility room provides a washing machine, microwave and ample storage.

"Glyn Mawr Holiday Cottage" is a beautiful, newly renovated cottage with stunning views over Bala lake and mountains. It's set back in it's own valley and has incredible 360 degree views of nature. It's just 10 mins drive from Bala town and walking distance to the lake. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the garden behind there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.
