Fabricio's attention was very good, he was missing a pava to heat water and I send us a new electric pond, although the dpto is in very good condition, he could improve more, especially the bedroom furniture (I also discuss it privately) the location is very good and the services offered by the building are very satisfactory.

Great stay ! We love spending these days in this house Very cozy, all clean, sofas and comfortable houses, we feel at home! There were moments of rain, and the house does not have a covered outdoor space that can be enjoyed in a rainy climate, but the glass doors of the room open and so there is an integrated environment with the backyard, which was great. We took the dog, which was very comfortable. Ernesto is a great host, gave us great tips that made all the difference in the trip, it was all very special! The noise of BR that I read in reviews here, at no time did we get in the way. Pertinho da casa, has the beach of Barra de Corumbê, it is very worth visiting on a day looking for a quieter tour.

Dona Izabel's house was WONDERFUL!!! Extremely comfortable, welcoming, spacious house is impeccable!! We spent 2 spectacular nights there!!! The location and view of the house and this time the best attribute of the site. We all thought we were in Suiza. We had a memorable weekend! We were 20 people!!! And the house still had room. The rooms (5 very comfortable and complete suites) are fantastic, well served the children (6 children) slept in the movie room, they loved it because they were able to enjoy different and joyful nights. The super comfortable and well tidy and equipped kitchen. Great barbecue! We prepared a very good barbecue on the second day. I highly recommend the house of Dona Iza, for sure when I return in Campos do Jordão I will rent again!! It's better than any hotel!! The house has a lady we hired for the days we spent there, Mrs. Lili! She is a wonderful woman! Highly efficient, polite and helpful!! In the end, simply PERFECT house!

Andreia welcomed us personally, the house was impeccable, fragrant and clean, very tidy, very well located and safe. We rested a lot and enjoyed our stay in the city, thanks to the location close to the main points (downtown and Unifei).

I am extremely pleased with my stadia, I can't wait to come back, Ana Luiza responded whenever she needed through the chat, and her mother Ivanete who received me, it seemed part of my family, that nice lady and super good people, very proactive and communicative, I will definitely go back to Campos and stay again, because it's close to everything has a great restaurant next door, and a few kms from the Capivari center, I and my bride are very pleased and recommend for sure! The owner Ana Paula was very friendly and attentive, the caretaker Mr Petrônio served us very well, the apartment is great, large, clean, well located, close to snack bars and ice cream shops, it is possible to reach the beach on foot. The condo is very well maintained, the common areas well clean and organized, the pool clean, trimmed grass, I recommend!

It was an excellent experience! Super recommend. The team was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, as well as providing great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and tours. The reception was impeccable, and the environment was extremely clean. The space accommodates up to 4 people comfortably and is located close to beautiful and quiet beaches, perfect for relaxing and enjoying family moments.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

Spacious, comfortable home. Great location, insurance, attentive building staff, very beautiful view. Maria responds super fast and is very helpful. Apartment smelled clean, no strong smells, no mold (which unfortunately happens a lot in beach houses).
