Our house is bright, airy and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

Casa da Fabi is located 1.2 km from the shopping center. It is a new construction designed by me to receive my family and friends and the people who rent it. Made of exposed brick, it has excellent thermal comfort for cold and hot weather (which are rare). We built a large room with high ceilings, a beautiful balcony with space for two hammocks and beautiful conversations overlooking the woods.
