It has a king size bed , air conditioner, hot water , wifi , tv, sofa ,refrigerator, coffee maker , one burner stove , microwave, small kitchen , we are in a hill complex , not walkable to the city and 10 to 7 minutes to the beach. And stairs .

Enjoyable screened in porch with a ceiling fan & light. Inside are a table with 4 chairs, electrical outlet, plus a long shelf. It is a safe, clean, secure, quiet place. Plus 5 new ceiling fans. New LG 60” smart high definition television, new high end fast wifi router. Brand new furnishings.40$ cleaning fee & 10$ over 3 guests.

Costambar Taxi can take you to all attractions. note - the upstairs room is only being used for storage . You are welcome to enjoy any of the books on the shelves at the top of the stairs. .
