Beachfront holiday rentals in Cote d'Emeraude

I stayed at Michelle's place with my daughter and my two flatcoated retrievers for four nights. The communication with Michelle went very well, as she spoke good German in addition to French. It was also no problem that we arrived a little earlier (previously agreed), as we drove to Brittany at night. The apartment is small but cozy – even with a sauna. The beds are comfortable and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. In just a minute you'll be on the beach, which was especially convenient with the dogs. Michelle is friendly, communicative and responsive at any time if you need anything or have any questions. All in all, I found the value for money very good. The surroundings are also beautiful, with lots of things to see and to do. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Vincent's accommodation is a little gem, the location is amazing facing this beautiful beach where nature is wild and authentic, bordered by the coastal path Gr24 offering splendid panoramas, Saint Briac and a charming village near Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan.... In short, plenty to do! The apartment is bright, well designed and practical. Very good communication with Vincent who is accommodating and friendly. I'd love to come back. I recommend it 200%!!

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We plan to be back!

For a first time on Airbnb, I must say that I was very satisfied. The accommodation was really very nice and the host Ana was very friendly. Knows how to receive guests in the best possible conditions. Also knows how to advise you and meet your expectations and requests. I had read the comments of previous people who had been there and I can confirm that this place is at the top as well as the restaurants around. We'll keep fond memories of it.

Good stay facing the sea, clean and ideal accommodation for family with baby.. We enjoyed the cupcakes and cider upon arrival.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this Airbnb in Lancieux; so much so that we have already reserved for next year. Beautiful house in the most beautiful environment - right next to the estuary with magnificent views of the Frémur. We particularly appreciated the conservatory- I spent most of my time in there, looking out at the view. Our children loved feeding the sheep - that definitely added a little extra to their experience. We also loved walking to the boulangerie to get our bread - perfect for a little outing in the morning or the afternoon. We loved the proximity to Saint Briac, Saint Lunaire and Dinard. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough - an absolutely pearl!

We had a very pleasant weekend in Sylvie's accommodation which perfectly matched the description, we were hosted very well. Well-equipped and a nice decoration. A stone's throw from the beach and shops without using the car. Sylvie is a pleasant and responsive host. We recommend this property!

Very nice home identical to the photos. Apartment located by the sea ideal for fishing or the beach. 10min drive from the intramutos. All amenities nearby. Very well appointed apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. I congratulate Caroline for this very nice apartment and for her very clear communication upon our arrival and departure. we will be back.

very nice location with private pool halfway between the cliffs of Plouha l'île de Brehat and the Penthievre coast with Cape Erquy and Cape Frehel... for hiking enthusiasts a real plus. Not to mention the sea baths in Étables at Gobelins Beach or in Saint-Quaix. Thanks to Hervé for his info on the area, his availability and his kindness. The chocolate was delicious. Ideal for a relaxing moment with a very well-equipped cottage. The pool is a nice plus but the sea within walking distance in less than 10 minutes is also very nice. Thank you to Pierre for his responsiveness and hospitality. I recommend

we had a lovely weekend with our 3 kids. The house is very nice, very neat decor and tastefully made. Everything is well arranged and the place peaceful. The outdoor spaces really enjoyed the kids, which was really a plus for us. Cécile and her husband are very friendly and pleasant hosts.

This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. Enough to bring the vehicle in so no stress to park. Very well equipped, nothing missing! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home!

We had a great stay at Christophe and Christine's house place. They are both taking care of everything to make sure the stay goes smoothly. The accommodation is nice and very well-equipped. The bedding is super comfortable. We came with our dog who also had a very good welcome and the beach is only 400 m away... happiness!

We are just back from a lovely stay at this house and had a great time! The location is good for access to St Malo, Dinard and other villages. Not a huge amount to do in Saint Jacut-de-la-mer itself but a gorgeous beach literally 5 mins walk away. We had a lovely food in La Goëlette restaurant locally with very good service too. My only 2 negatives are that bedding wasn’t included in the booking which is the first time I have experienced this with Airbnb. You could hire sheets etc locally which could be delivered but that would have been an unnecessary increase in cost for us so we took our own. The duvets provided were nice but pillows were square so not very comfy in our rectangular pillow cases! I also didn’t find an information folder with details of doctors, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc in the property which would be helpful. Other than the 2 minor things above, this is a really great house and we would love to visit again!

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

We have enjoyed its proximity to the sea, just at the end of the street the steps down and you are on a very nice beach. The house is spacious, has everything you need for a good stay!
