We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.

A spacious lounge area features a comfortable white sofa, accompanied by stylish lounge chairs. A large area rug adds warmth to the polished wooden floor. Natural light enters through skylights and windows, illuminating wall decor and greenery from potted plants.

The location of this apartment is as good as it gets - 200 meters from the waters edge of Cottesloe beach. Less than 5 mins walk to a number of restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, beach-side bars and train station. Supermarket and train station 10 mins walk. The apartment is very quiet, residing on a street with traffic restricted to local residents only. You will not find another location as quiet as this yet so close to the heart of Cottesloe beach.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. You can’t get a better location for the beach than this. Surrounded by all the best cafes and restaurants that cottesloe has to offer. Not to mention that the Cottesloe general store is on the very corner of our street. Our Space is a neat 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Suitable for 4 guests. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
