( worth getting up for ! ) Only a 15min drive from Cowell were you will find our Award winning Butcher for their locally made sausages sold in the IGA Supermarket, Pubs, Bakery, Cafe's and local grown Oysters can be purchased.

Recently renovated, large basic yard with plenty of space for boat or caravan. The Cosy Nook is suitable for couples, a family or group of friends wanting to experience a seaside adventure. Two undercover car parking spaces, walking distance from the Main Street, shops, jetty (approx 1km), playground and Waterpark. Cowell boasts excellent fishing/crabbing and we have much local knowledge to share. Fresh oysters also available on request. We live nearby and are happy to help any way we can.

Each room has it's own air conditioning. Ideal for large groups with 4 bathrooms complete with shower and toilet plus 2 extra toilets. Outdoor pergola with BBQ facilities. Close to main shopping area, next door to school oval. Ample secure parking with a large enclosed back yard. Pets must be agreed upon prior to booking.

The Girl Next Door - A quaint 1970s weatherboard shack on stilts, curated with simplicity and charm. Country town vibes with beachside town perks! Lovingly renovated, our shack is a cosy, neat & welcoming space to stay with friends and family - incl. your furry ones! New kitchen, balcony deck, bathroom & furnishings, the shack sleeps up to 9 people across 3 bedrooms. Only a short 10 minutes walk (700m) to the Jetty, The Gen Store & Johnson’s Cove and 15 minutes walk to South Beach.

Moonta Bay Self Contained Unit

Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.

Continental breakfast on request. Uninterrupted sea views from kitchen, dining and lounge area. Accomodation consists of lounge, dining/family area plus kitchen. Master bedroom, one queen bed, shower, separate toilet and powder room. Happy to have a discussion with regard to bringing your pet. Three minute walk to south beach, jetty, local store and Tavern. Room for boat outside. 9 hole Greg Norman designed Golf Course close by. Owners live upstairs. Shared laundry. Dog on site.

Sandcastles 1 Moonta Bay

*Loose supplied linen option available or BYO* Newly renovated property situated on the beachfront with near 180deg views. No roads between the property and the beach with convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability and your group size. Note, a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the rear of property where property is entered and rubbish bins are stored for security.

The Brown Shack

There is more than meets the eye, from the front appears like a humble shack. Your family will be close to the beach (3 minute walk) playgrounds and Splash Town when you stay at this centrally located place. Up to date finishes with a large outdoor area. Pet friendly with a kennel available. Has been partially renovated, so there are still some things that need to be finished! However the location is fantastic

Shack 43 is only meters from the beach. The property is a spacious and relaxing self contained, perfect for a family holiday, with a large living area. The 3 bed rooms all have Queen size beds with a extra 2 single fold up beds Fully contained kitchen to cook your own meals.
